Being a certified Peace Officer in the State of Texas for twenty-six years, integrity means a lot to me. Telling someone what you'll do, then doing said request, meeting their expectations. I experienced such quality from David VandeWater during the sale of my New York property. An out-of-state client as myself, David VandeWater went above and beyond what was necessary from a realtor from start to closing, including ensuring I received personal property that was sent through the mail to ensure I retained possession of said property.
